Methods of Payment

Orders can be placed online via this website, by phone (813) 872-5911 or by pressing the “mail order” tab and sending the order form regular mail. Payment options include Visa®, MasterCard®, PayPal® (use PayPal® if paying with an American Express® or Discover® Card). Check or Cashier’s Check. You may print a copy of our Order form from our website and mail the completed form, with payment to:

IC Relief, LLC accepts payment via Visa®; MasterCard®; or PayPal®, which hosts secure encrypted servers for payment processing to further protect our clients. We are also happy to accept Personal Checks (orders are shipped when the checks clear), or Cashiers Checks.

It is our suggestion that you do not e-mail credit card information. NO e-mails from anyone, to anyone, is a secure way to send credit card information.

If you have any problems placing your order on our site, or are uncomfortable placing your credit card information online, we'll be happy to take your order by phone!

Paying with Pay Pal

PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you select PayPal Shopping Cart, you go to the PayPal site, where you can send your payment. You can choose how you would like to fund your PayPal payment (for example, using a checking account, credit card, or PayPal balance) and then send the payment. If you use PayPal, the seller may require a confirmed shipping address.

PayPal Payment Advantages

PayPal does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Sellers don't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.


Claims & Return Goods

ALL sales are final! Damaged or broken product claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt. Please see “Items Received Damaged or Broken” for additional details. Ensure that what you are ordering is appropriate for your use. AGAIN, if you are NOT sure whether a product is appropriate for your use, please DO NOT order it! Shipping fees are not refundable.

Items not in Stock

We strive to have our products available for immediate shipment. On rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand for our products; products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.

Shipping Information

All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. This includes overnight and expedited packages.

Items Received Damaged or Broken

Items that are received damaged or broken must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Product must still be in sealed plastic pouch. Be sure to keep all original packing and box. Item MUST be repacked in the same manner as it was sent. If all the above requirements are followed, once we receive the damaged product, we will ship you a new item free of charge.


Once we have your report of damaged item and the shipping company picks up the package from you, it may take up to 30 days for a claim response. We do our very best to help speed this process up. Once the claim is allowed, we will ship you a new item and it to you free of charge.


Policies – Domestic Orders

The IC Relief shipping department is able to ship to street addresses within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 3 – 5 day delivery time.

Order Processing Times

We typically ship 3 times per week and try to process orders within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted Monday – Friday ship Priority Mail. Express orders received before 9:00 AM EST will be generally shipped within 48 hours. Orders submitted between Friday 9:00 AM EST and Sunday Midnight will be processed the next business day.

Domestic

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides tracking numbers for all of our orders. If you need faster delivery, we are happy to offer UPS services at your request, but please note that the shipping cost will be considerably higher. Please call for pricing.

International

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Express (not allowed for all countries, estimated 3 to 5 day delivery) or Global Priority (not allowed for all countries, estimated 5 to 7 day delivery). Global Express and Global Priority allow for tracking numbers, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered.

Please note that adjustments to the shipping rate are required depending upon the country of shipment and the (2002-2004) USPS shipping rates.

International Customs

The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those policies, rules and regulations.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our adult recreational products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the product & shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by you. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
